NASHVILLE, Tenn.— A Texas father and son duo was arrested by Metro Nashville Police on Monday with 270 pounds of pot. The two men caught transporting marijuana to Nashville in their camper.

Police said David Ray Smith, 53 and his son  26-year-old Steven A. Smith were using a pickup tuck to their camper. Inside the camper, narcotics detectives found the illegal cargo.

These Tomball, Texas pot transporters will face charges of marijuana possession for resale. Both are being held on $80,000 bond each.
